We can only accept the return of KAYALI full size fragrances (50ml & 100ml) purchased through our official website KAYALI.com within 14 days after the delivery date, provided they are not used and sealed in their original packaging. The order must be returned in its entirety including complimentary gifts, except for the 1.5 ml complimentary sample.
We offer free returns for the United States, United Kingdom & United Arab Emirates (mainland regions only, excluding islands).
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders shipped via DHL from the United Arab Emirates to Canada, Australia, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
