We can only accept the return of KAYALI full size fragrances (50ml & 100ml) purchased through our official website KAYALI.com within 14 days after the delivery date, provided they are not used and sealed in their original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, the order must be returned in full, including all complimentary gifts, with the exception of the 1.5 ml complimentary sample.
The following items are not eligible for return:

We offer free returns for the United States, United Kingdom & United Arab Emirates (mainland regions only, excluding islands).
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders shipped via DHL from the United Arab Emirates to Canada, Australia, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
For US orders, a pre-paid return label will be included with your order. Please use this label only if your items are eligible for return. Any items returned that are not eligible under the policy will not be refunded, nor will the items be returned to you. If you have lost your return label, please follow the same process outlined for UK returns below
