We can only accept the return of KAYALI full size fragrances (50ml & 100ml) purchased through our official website KAYALI.com within 14 days after the delivery date, provided they are not used and sealed in their original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, the order must be returned in full, including all complimentary gifts, however, we would love you to keep the 1.5 ml complimentary sample.

We offer free returns for the US, UK & the UAE (mainland regions only, excluding islands).
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders shipped via DHL to Canada, Australia, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
For US orders that are shipped with USPS, a pre-paid return label will be included with your order. Please use this label only if your items are eligible for return. Any items returned that are not eligible under the policy will not be refunded, nor will the items be returned to you. If you have lost your return label, please follow the same process outlined below.
